Please join ACG LA on April 21st for a panel discussion about the state of the restructuring market. Although the U.S. economy appears to have stabilized, the excessive debt still held by many companies will mean a number of them face potential restructuring and bankruptcy solutions.
The panel will be composed of representatives from leading firms who are deeply involved in the restructuring and bankruptcy process. They will discuss the pent up forces that are driving corporate restructuring as well as their first-hand experience and the various approaches companies are taking to deal with today’s economic realities.
